Mr. John Dilatush
Interim CEO

Mr. Dilatush is an accomplished business leader with more than 25 years of experience covering global banks and financial institutions. He co-founded and served as Co-CIO of Jade Gate Capital Ltd. and was the CIO and head of investor relations for DAC Management, which was acquired by Blackstone in 2017.
Before DAC, Mr. Dilatush was a managing director and portfolio manager at Guggenheim Partners where he built out the financial services portfolio for a new equity market-neutral hedge fund. He held a similar role at Citadel LLC in Chicago, as well as partner and head of the global financial sector for Partner Fund Management, a $5 billion AUM hedge fund in San Francisco. Mr. Dilatush began his career at Lehman Brothers in New York after receiving his Bachelor’s in economics from Boston College. He also holds an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Dr. Andrew Vaillant, Ph.D.
Chief Operating Officer and Chief Scientific Officer

Dr. Vaillant has been with Replicor since 2001. He has more than 25 years of experience in the fields of nucleic acid chemistry, virology and drug development and is the discoverer of Replicor’s NAP technology. He oversees all intellectual property, regulatory, manufacturing, R&D and clinical activities at Replicor. He is also plays a role in all corporate activities and oversees local operations of Replicor in Montreal.
Dr. Vaillant has authored numerous publications and all patents on the use of NAPs in various infectious diseases. Dr. Vaillant also actively contributes in policy forums focused on accelerating the approval of novel antiviral therapies for HBV infection. He was a postdoctoral fellow at the Montreal Neurological Institute and holds a Ph.D. in Cell Biology from the University of Ottawa.

Mr. John M. Westfield
Interim Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Westfield is a seasoned finance executive with extensive experience in mergers, acquisitions, integrations, cash management, fundraising, and restructuring. He has a proven track record of driving results in both public and private companies. He has served as a the Chief Financial Officer for a handful of private entities and has held senior finance and accounting positions in a number of public companies, including Global Controller for HGST, a Western Digital Company (Nasdaq: WDC), Principal Accounting Officer for Adaptec (Nasdaq: ADPT), Assistant Corporate Controller for Flextronics (Nasdaq: FLEX), Corporate Controller for SanDisk (Nasdaq: SNDK), and operational controller roles for Adobe Systems (Nasdaq: ADBE).

Mr. Westfield holds a BS in Accounting from San Jose State University, and an MBA in Finance from Santa Clara University. He is a California CPA (inactive status) via Arthur Andersen.
